Charles R. Peissel has 35 years of legal experience in assisting the petroleum industry. Prior to attending law school, he spent two years as a financial analyst with a major energy company headquartered in New York City. Following graduation from law school, Mr. Peissel worked in the energy departments of several leading law firms. He has a unique grasp of both the economic and legal aspects of business transactions and brings this experience to bear in assisting his clients.

John C. Peissel has practiced in the area of oil and gas for 8 years and is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law.

The firm has 12 associates and is also supported by 5 attorneys who serve as “Of Counsel” to the firm.
