Charles R. Peissel has over 33 years of legal experience in assisting the petroleum industry. Prior to attending law school, he spent two years as a financial analyst with a major energy company headquartered in New York City. Following graduation from law school, Mr. Peissel worked in the energy departments of several leading law firms. He has a unique grasp of both the economic and legal aspects of business transactions and brings this experience to bear in assisting his clients.
